To prevent spam, proposals must be submitted with an INJ deposit. The voting period will not start until the proposal's deposit equals MinDeposit, which is 500 INJ. If you do not have enough INJ to deposit to a proposal, you may ask other community members to contribute, and together you may move your proposal to a Voting state.
